Remadesia Warranty Terms & Conditions
10-Year Limited Warranty
Every genuine Remadesia product is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, reflecting our commitment to quality craftsmanship, sustainability, and durability.
This warranty is valid for ten (10) years from the original purchase date, applies only within Malaysia, and is exclusively available to the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
* Main body construction
* Stitching and workmanship
* Zippers
* Hardware and fastening components
* Material defects resulting from the manufacturing process
Warranty coverage applies only under normal and intended use of the product.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
* Cosmetic damage, including scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, or marks resulting from normal use.
* Normal wear and tear or the natural ageing of materials.
* Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse, improper storage, fire, water, chemicals, or sharp objects.
* Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
* Damage caused by improper handling or transportation.
* Products that have been intentionally damaged.
* Products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
Only genuine, unaltered Remadesia products purchased through official Remadesia sales channels are eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers are required to:
* Complete the Warranty Registration/Claim Form on the official Remadesia website.
* Upload a clear copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice.
* Provide accurate product information.
* Submit the product to the Remadesia Warranty Centre for inspection.
Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.
Warranty Inspection & Resolution
Every warranty claim is subject to inspection by the Remadesia team.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Remadesia will, at its sole discretion:
* Replace the defective product with a new product; or
* Replace the defective component where appropriate.
All warranty decisions made by Remadesia shall be final.

Customers may visit our headquarters during operating hours to submit their warranty claims.
General Terms
* Warranty claims can be made at any time within the 10-year warranty period.
* Warranty registration is only required when making a warranty claim.
* A valid original purchase receipt or invoice is mandatory for every warranty claim.
* Replacement products or components may vary slightly in colour, texture, or pattern due to the unique nature of upcycled materials.
* This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include cosmetic wear resulting from normal usage.
* Remadesia reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that falls outside the scope of this warranty.
* Remadesia reserves the right to amend or update these Warranty Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Acceptance
By submitting a warranty claim, you confirm that:
* The information provided is true and accurate.
* You are the original purchaser of the product.
* You have read, understood, and agreed to these Warranty Terms & Conditions.
