Cancellation & Refund Policy

Remadesia does not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has
been successfully completed.

Refunds
Remadesia does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-defect-related reasons.

Defective Products
For products with manufacturing defects, customers may make a claim under Remadesia’s 10-Year Warranty.

Approved warranty claims will be handled through product exchange or replacement, subject to the
applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Cash refunds will not be provided for approved warranty claims unless otherwise determined by
Remadesia.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery
Orders are delivered through our appointed courier partners via EasyParcel.

2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 1–4 working days within Malaysia, depending on the destination and courier
service. Outskirt areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, parcel weight and dimensions,
and available courier service at checkout.

4. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

5. International Shipping
For international deliveries, including Singapore, additional customs duties, taxes or other charges
may apply depending on the destination country and are subject to the relevant authorities and
courier.
